The SouthEast chapter of the
Laboratory Robotics Interest Group will hold its annual
Vendor Show on March 9, 2011 at the Sheraton Imperial
in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
The exhibition will start at 11am and run
until 3:00 pm with setup starting at 8 am. Booths will be 10’x 8’
and include drapes, piping, table, 2 chairs,and electricity. We will provide standard exhibit tables.
If you need sturdier tables, you will need to make those
arrangements. Booth assignments will be made 2 weeks prior to the
show and will be made available on the web site (http://www.lab-robotics.org/SouthEast/)
(Please note final location is subject to change). Booths will be
assigned priority based on Food sponsors and then by payment
received date (postmark on envelope). Booth spaces are $650 and
Food Sponsorships are $650. Vendors may signup by contacting Eric
Herr (eric.herr@lab-robotics.org).
Shipping Equipment:
If you plan on shipping equipment or other
material to the meeting, please contact Aimee Uhrig at Southern
Exhibition Services 1-800-882-7469 to make arrangements. The
Sheraton will no longer accept packages sent to the hotel.
Any small boxes requiring shipping at the end
of the meeting can be shipped through the Sheraton Business Center
providing they are packaged, labeled and made ready for shipping.
The hotel or LRIG does NOT accept any
responsibility or liability for boxes or materials left on the
property.

Our cancellation policy is:
·Cancellation prior to 30 days before the meeting,
full refund (less processing fee).
·Cancellation prior to two weeks before the meeting,
50% refund (less processing fee).
·No refunds for cancellation within two weeks of the
event.
