Fall Vendor Exhibition - September 19th, 2011

Our LRIG New England Vendor Exhibition is scheduled for September 19th, 2011 and will be held at the Boston Marriot Cambridge (Two Cambridge Center, 50 Broadway, Cambridge, MA) from 2pm to 7pm.  This meeting will be our only exhibition and will offer multiple marketing opportunities to exhibit and interact with your customers.

All payments must be received by the LRIG-NE before August 22nd, 2011.  Any vendor who has registered but has not paid for there event will be notified and have 1 day to arrange payment before being dropped from the event.  Only fully paid participants will be permitted to exhibit at this event.

Table Top Displays

There will be 70 table top display spaces available for this event, which will run from 2:00 to 7:00pm. All equipment will have to come to the event either through the hotel lobby or can be shipped to the hotel. If you have questions or concerns about this please contact scott.reeves@lrig.org

The cost for a 6 foot table without power is $700 when registration and payment is received by the LRIG prior to August 5th, 2011. Registrations received after August 5th, 2011 will be $800. Electric power, including power for computers, is an additional $100. All power will be provided using the supplied power drop from the hotel. No direct connections will be permitted. If you are found to be using hotel power without paying you will agree to pay $100.

End Cap Positions

This is the fourth year we will be offering a limited number of EndCap positions. The EndCaps positions we are offering are 4 end cap positions which comprise 2 tables just as you walk into the ballroom, and a workshop space. The cost for this would be $2100. For those who prefer not to give a workshop, the end cap option will still be available at a cost of $1700.

Please contact dan.cinicola@lrig.org if you are interested and if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity. This is a first come-first serve opportunity. Payment must be received by August 22, 2011or the position will be removed and offered to the next available person on the waiting list.


Workshops

We are offering ten 30 minute timeslots for our Vendor Workshops, which will run from 3:30 to 6:00pm. The fee for each 30 minute time slot is $250 when ordered prior to August 22, 2011. Payment must be received by the LRIG before August 22, 2011. Payments and requests received after August 22, 2011 will be $350.  All payments must be received by the LRIG Treasure by September 5, 2010 or your timeslot will be forfeited.

The topics of the Vendor Workshop are at the vendor’s discretion and a title must be provided to the LRIG no later than August 22, 2011 to be included in our program. The LRIG will promote the event in our mailers to our membership. We strongly encourage participating vendors to promote their time slot and are welcome to invite individuals, which they feel might benefit from this event. The greatest successes are seen by those vendors who promote their event.

Registration is not official until we receive your check. Payment can be made using checks, money orders or PayPal (instructions for PayPal) and must be received prior to August 22, 2011. Vendors who have registered and not paid by August 22, 2011 will not be permitted to exhibit at this event.

1. Go to the PayPal website.
2. Login or Sign Up for a free Personal Account.
3. Click on the ‘Send Money’ tab.
4. Fill-in the form

b. Amount: Enter total amount according to your participation at the event
c. Category of Purchase: Service/Other
5. Click the ‘Continue’ button.
6. Before clicking the ‘Send Money’ button, please enter ‘LRIG NE – September 19, 2011 –

Exhibit Payment’ in the ‘Subject:’ field in the ‘Email to recipient (optional):’ area on this form. It would also be helpful if you could indicate in the ‘Message:’ field what your total payment will cover (i.e. if the amount of payment also includes other fees, such as workshop or poster submission).

7. Click the ‘Send Money’ button once you have verified that all your payment information is correct.


Door Prizes

The LRIG is open to accepting prizes which will be raffled off as a door prize.  We will place these items on the main registration table and raffle them off periodically throughout the event. This is a great way to get your company noticed.
