Thanks again for registering for the LRIG New England Vendor Exhibition.  Here is some general information about the upcoming event.

Exhibition Location and Schedule

Exhibitor Move-in:    12:00pm – 2:00pm
Exhibit Hours:           2:00pm – 7:00pm
Exhibitor Move-out: 7:00pm – 9:00pm

Currently, there are (63) vendors signed up for this event for a total of (66) table-top display spaces within the Grand Ballroom.  The tables are 6’x3’ (LxW) and there may be minimal space behind and to the sides of these tables.

You should NOT plan on using ‘standard’ booth displays because you may not have enough room.  Please plan on limiting your space to the table itself or using something like a retractable pull-up banner directly behind your table.  There is very limited space around the tables, so please plan accordingly.  We cannot guarantee that you will have enough space around your table to accommodate anything that does not fit on top of the table itself.

Exhibition materials may be carried into the facility the day of the vendor show or they may be shipped directly to the facility.  The facility will only start accepting delivery of shipments a few days in advance of the event.  Therefore, please ensure shipments are delivered no earlier than September 16, 2011 or they may be rejected and returned.

Due to the limited space available at the loading dock and the logistics of delivering items to the exhibition room, please keep shipments to a minimum.  However, this facility is capable of accepting pallets of materials but they MUST be limited to 3' 10" wide and 5' 10" long.  Shipment of materials after this event MUST be taken care of by the vendors.  This facility is NOT able to provide any shipping materials; such as pallet banding, shrink wrap, boxes or labels.

Electric power, including power for computers, is an additional $100 and should have been requested and paid for in advance.  All power will be provided using the supplied power drop from the hotel.  No direct connections will be permitted.  If you are found to be using hotel power without paying you agree to pay $100 and payment is required before use.

 Again, we are also requiring all participants and other members of your organization that are planning on attending this event to register through our membership page (online registration) for this exhibition.   Registration of an exhibit space does NOT automatically register you as an attendee.
