Exhibitors will be able to set up as early as 9:00 AM.   Each vendor will have a 6’x2.5’ table. Tables will have a table covering which may be replaced by your own.

Items may be shipped to the hotel one day in advance of the exhibition.  They may be shipped out the day after the exhibition.  Shipped items must be labelled with the exhibitor's name, "Laboratory Robotics Interest Group Meeting - 6/24/99".

The hotel will provide a single electrical outlet for each table that requires power.  It is the exhibitor's responsibility to bring extension cords and outlet strips to supply any additional needs.
