Default Senior Systems Project Manager - Integrated Systems Group - Hopkinton, MA

Caliper Life Sciences is currently recruiting for a Senior Systems Project Manager within our Integrated Systems Group.

Summary:The Senior Systems Project Manager within integrated systems, plans directs, coordinates and drives to completion activities of designated CaliperLS Integrated system orders to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are successfully accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and funding parameters, at a high level of quality. This individual would be expected to manager all levels of the project from Pre-Sales through final delivery.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Science discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will have at least (5) years' experience with automated assays (ELISA, cell based, heterogeneous and homogenous) couple with experience with automated genomic and proteomic procedures. This would include expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Screening and Assay Technology
• Molecular Biology
• Enzymatic Assays
• Compound Preparation and Data Management Strategies

This individual must possess excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and trouble shooting skills with the ability to build relationships with our clients and to convey complex scientific information to diverse audiences of technicians and scientists. Candidate should have demonstrated systems understanding of analytical instrumentation and life sciences automated equipment as well as depth in electro-mechanical systems and software. The position requires up to 25% travel domestic or worldwide.
