Technical Sales Engineer (European Office)
HighRes Biosolutions is a fast growing company that develops novel products for the life science community. We design and fabricate world class automation solutions for an impressive list of customers.
Our European office (Manchester, UK) is expanding its systems and devices sales division.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-sufficient individual to drive lead identification within the European sales region.
The successful candidate will capably and enthusiastically:
* Perform lead identification work for our systems and devices business
* Deliver introductory presentations to interested parties
* Liase with our applications team to ensure successful continuity of sales projects through the proposal writing and quotation phase
* Identify, coordinate and attend industry conferences within the European area
* Coordinate European marketing campaigns with our US office
* Maintain a CRM database, administering contacts and accounts to ensure alignment with our sales efforts in other territories
* Where appropriate, identify and manage distributor networks within Europe
Requirements for this position include:
* Technical background – Minimum BSc in Biological/Chemical Sciences or Engineering disciplines
* Demonstrated relevant experience within the Life Science or equivalent industry
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Computer literate
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience managing a CRM database
* Up to 50% travel, within UK and Europe
