Service/Support Technician
Experienced technical support representative needed to support our sales organization by performing the following tasks: Installations, Performance Validations, Routine Preventative Maintenance, Customer Training and Customer Support. Geographic area is all the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Occassional visits to some European countries.
Individual will also inspect, service/repair instrumentation, as well as provide feedback concerning improvements regarding product and services. Will assist in the development of technical training programs for European distributors and customers. 3-5 years prior experience supporting analytical instrumentation required. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a background in Chemistry desired.
