Assay Ready Plates - Storage Temperature

I'm curious about how people store their assay ready plates. By "assay ready plate" I mean plates where the compounds have been added (by an Echo in this case), sealed and then are going to be used for an in vitro assay the next day. I'd rather not freeze/thaw them again, and I'm going to be runnig the assays the next day. I'm wondering if anyone has seen any problems leaving them out at RT.

Any one have any thoughts on this?

Thanks, that's very helpful.

For anyone who's curious, AstraZeneca put out a nice poster at SBS-2008, looking at assay ready plate storage conditions for a 1536 TR-FRET assay. They found little variation in EC50 between running the screen immediately after dispensing into the plates, and sealing, centrifuging, then storing at RT for up to a week. Thank you to the people at AZ.
