Fall Vendor Exhibition - September 1st, 2010

Our LRIG New England Vendor Exhibition is scheduled for September 1st, 2010 and will be held at the Boston Marriot Cambridge (Two Cambridge Center, 50 Broadway, Cambridge, MA) from 2pm to 7pm.  This meeting will be our only exhibition and will offer multiple marketing opportunities to exhibit and interact with your customers.

All payments must be received by the LRIG-NE before August 19th, 2010.  Any vendor who has registered but has not paid for there event will be notified and have 1 day to arrange payment before being dropped from the event.  Only fully paid participants will be permitted to exhibit at this event.

Table Top Displays

There will be 70 table top display spaces available for this event, which will run from 2:00 to 7:00pm. The cost for a 6 foot table without power is $600 when registration and payment is received by the LRIG on or before July 29, 2010. Registrations received after July 29th, 2010 will be $700. Electric power, including power for computers, is an additional $100. All power will be provided using the supplied power drop from the hotel. No direct connections will be permitted. If you are found to be using hotel power without paying you will agree to pay $100.

End Cap Positions

This is the third year we will be offering a limited number of End Cap positions. The End Cap positions we are offering are 4 end cap positions which comprise 2 tables just as you walk into the ballroom, a workshop space, and will be listed on the LRIG-NE website as Gold Sponsor. The cost for this would be $2,100. For those who prefer not to give a workshop, the end cap option will still be available and will be listed on the LRIG-NE website as Silver Sponsor at a cost of $1,700.

Payment must be received by August 29th, 2010 or the position will be removed and offered to the next available person on the waiting list.

 


Workshops

We are offering ten 30 minute timeslots for our Vendor Workshops, which will run from 4:00 to 6:30pm. The fee for each 30 minute time slot is $250 when ordered prior to July 29th, 2010. Payment must be received by the LRIG on or before July 29th, 2010 date to receive $250 price. Payments and requests received after July 29th, 2010 will be $350.

The topics of the Vendor Workshop are at the vendor’s discretion and a title must be provided to the LRIG no later than August 19th, 2010 to be included in our program. The LRIG will promote the event in our mailers to our membership. We strongly encourage participating vendors to promote their time slot and are welcome to invite individuals, which they feel might benefit from this event. The greatest successes are seen by those vendors who promote their event.

Door Prizes

The LRIG is open to accepting prizes which will be raffled off as a door prize.  We will place these items on the main registration table and raffle them off periodically throughout the event. This is a great way to get your company noticed.
